We've designed this account for our small business customers with modest activity levels. This account is best for new and existing small businesses. This account has no fees as long as you meet the following two requirements:

  • Maintain a minimum daily balance of $2,500 or an average monthly balance of $5,000.
  • Limit monthly debit/credit items to 225.

Account Analysis

Your earnings credit is based on your average monthly balance. This credit offsets your fees for items deposited, checks paid, and currency /coin supplied. You only pay the fees that exceed your earnings credit.

This account is designed for growing, active businesses and allows service charges to be offset by compensating balances. An earnings credit is calculated by applying an earnings rate (which is calculated by taking the previous month's average discounted 91-day Treasury bill rates against the average collected balance). At the end of the month, the total activity charges are subtracted from the calculated earnings credit, and may result in no charge to your account.
